Bok Chee Yong
Bok holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with honours from Saint Cloud State University, USA. Prior to joining ZJ, he gained experience in the financial services sector by performing mortgage transaction auditing as a Mortgage Specialist at Wells Fargo Bank. Bok is driven by his passion in investment banking and he has completed Level 1 of the CFA Program.
   
 

 

Chang Yuan Ping
Yuan Ping holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington, USA. Prior to joining ZJ, he has gained valuable experience in the areas of financial reporting, accounting, taxation and auditing as an auditor with Baker Tilly Malaysia and BDO Singapore.

   
 

 

Ching Jia Wei
Jia Wei holds a Master degree of Actuarial Studies from University of New South Wales. He joined ZJ with a passion in investment banking and corporate finance. Prior to joining ZJ, he was involved in product development at AIA Bhd as an intern.

   
 

 

Choong Khoong Liang, Danny
An accountant by training, Danny holds an MBA (Finance) from University of Hull, UK. His last position was with Standard Chartered Bank as Associate Director, Asian Fixed Income. Prior to that, he was Planning Advisor for Cemex Asia in Singapore, responsible for Asia/Africa region Strategic Business Development . He started his career with KPMG before joining Commerce International Merchant Bankers Berhad (CIMB), where he gained substantial experience in capital markets and debt restructuring.

   
 


Lim Rui Ni, Renee
Renee graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Melbourne, majoring in Accounting and Finance. Prior to joining ZJ, she was with PwC Malaysia as an intern and Hong Leong Bank Berhad as an Executive where she gained diverse experience in the areas of auditing, accounting and the financial sector.

   
 

 

Poi Koon Hwee
Poi is one of the founding members of ZJ Advisory, a licensed boutique corporate finance firm that specialises in mergers & acquisitions, debt paper issuances, project financing, IPOs, as well as equity research, and investor and media relations. He helps oversee the growth of ZJ Advisory, which has completed over 90 transactions amounting to approximately USD5.4 bn in value. ZJ Advisory has offices in Kuala Lumpur and Shanghai, and is a key member of the International Corporate Finance Network, with presence in Germany, India & the United States.

Prior to joining ZJ Advisory, he was attached with a foreign investment bank and held various positions in 2 local banking groups where he gained substantial experience in capital markets and debt restructuring. Poi graduated with a law degree from University of London (External) and holds a MBA from Charles Sturt University, Australia.
   
 




Tan Eng Choon
Eng Choon has over 15 years experience in internal and external audit, and financial management. He was one of the pioneers and Senior Manager of the Global Risk Management Solutions (GRMS) Division in PricewaterhouseCoopers Shanghai. He successfully grew the business and developed products/services for the China market. He also advise many MNCs on investment issues in China namely local regulations compliance, corporate governance, merger and acquisition deals, and Sarbanes Oxley S404. He holds a Bachelor degree in Accountancy. He is also a Malaysian CPA, fellow of Associatios of Chartered Certified Accountants, and a chartered member of the Institute of Internal Auditors- Malaysia Chapter. He started his career with Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Malaysia before relocating to China in 1998.

   
 


Tan Yee Yin
Yee Yin holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Business, Economics and Finance from University of Nottingham Malaysia. Prior to joining ZJ, she has gained experience in Anti-Money Laundering as a transaction surveillance analyst with OCBC Group – AML COE.
   
 


Yap Lih Meei
Lih Meei holds a Bachelor of Finance and Investment from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College. She is an Associate Member of FPAM and has completed CFP Certification Programme. She worked at ZJ Advisory for her internship programme.
   
 


Yong Wei Jun
Wei Jun has completed Bachelor Degree in Actuarial Science from Heriot-Watt University Malaysia. He joined ZJ with a passion in investment banking and corporate finance. Prior to joining ZJ, he has gained valuable experience in the areas of IFRS17 and insurance as an actuarial executive with Hong Leong Assurance.
   
 


Yong Chian Ping
Chian Ping is an Affiliate of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University. Prior to joining ZJ, he was an auditor with Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng, where he gained experience in the areas of financial reporting, accounting, taxation and auditing.

   
 


Zhang, Bryan
Bryan graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from École des Ponts ParisTech (ENPC).  He brings more than 15 years of  experience in corporate finance, tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, business process reengineering and corporate management, He has extensive engagement in multinational companies being a Regional Manager for Carrefour (China) headquarter, InBev (China) headquarter and Metro (China) headquarter. Prior to joining ZJ, he was a Vice President at HMY Group. HMY Group is the international leader in design and equipment manufacturing.
